1. Raw fish and meat
Raw fish and meat are not good for everyone's health. For pregnant women it is one of the main things to be avoided. It should be cooked at 145 degree before consuming.
2. Caffeine
They should not eat more than 200 mg caffeine per day. One cup of coffee and tea contain 95 mg and 47 mg of caffeine. Too much consumption leads to serious problem.
3. Alcohol
Alcohol also should be avoided by all. If consumed by pregnant women, it damages the growth of baby's brain and body inside mother's womb. It could make the baby handicapped.
4. Unwashed vegetable
Unwashed vegetable contains Toxoplazma that causes Toxoplasmosis which is dangerous for small babies. Vegetable should be washed twice by clean water before cooking.
5. Unpasteurized milk
Unpasteurized milk is also dangerous for baby's health. It should be prevented to make them fresh and healthy. Milk should be boiled well before consumption.
