Singer Indira Joshi in Twakendra Niwas

Indira Joshi is one of the popular female singers of Nepal. She is also a dancer and model. She was born on 18th July in Nawalparasi. "Shanti Sandesh Ko" was her first song which was recorded on 2006. She is also popular for her dancing along with her singing talent. She is also known as Nepali Sakira. She has also featured in many magazines like Wave and Boss.

Indira Joshi was the finalist of a musical competition show Nepali Tara. She is a versatile singer. She can sing pop, classical, modern and other songs. She loved singing since her early childhood days. Therefore, she came to Kathmandu and joined a musical school named Doremi Sangeet Pathsala. Till date, she has song more than 150 songs.

Indira Joshi was a guest in Twakendra Niwas. She told that she would threaten her husband to leave him if she gets drunk. She also told that she was one of the top 5 candidates of Nepali Tara but after some years she was the guest judge of Nepali Tara. She is also one of the judges of Nepal Idol.
